1. Rights and Usage
1.1 Artist's rightsAll rights of the produced work belong to the artist, be it commissioned, gifted, fanart, etc. and failure to credit the artist for an extended period of time after being warned will result in copyright infringement and all rights and services will be removed from the commissioner.- No NFT use under any circumstances.- I do not consent to my work being used for AI under any circumstances.-Do not re-sell my artwork.1.2 Usage of ArtThe artist is able to use the artwork for:
- Self-promotion.
- Portfolio.
- Branding and advertising.
- Streaming and media.
- Thumbnails.
- Any other mediums provided it is stated that it is commissioned work.Commissioner is able to use the artwork for:
- Self-promotion.
- Branding and advertising.
- Streaming and media.
- Thumbnails.
- Any other mediums with permission from the artist.
-Minecraft skins made by me can be used in Mineimator, Maya, Verdict, or any other rendering software (Animation or otherwise) as long as I am notified beforehand- Ignore this if you have paid for commercial use.Commercial Use may result in additional fees (royalty fees) and must be explicitly stated by the commissioner before starting the commission.Credits are standard and wherever you use artwork/ work I have created you must credit me.
2. Payment
2.1. Payment MethodAll costs are in USDI accept payment only through Ko-Fi.The full amount is to be paid before I start. If I do not receive the full amount; I will not start on the commission.Note that I will always abide by the boxes ticked, any box not ticked will not be included in the final work and vice versa.I will not be held accountable for your mistakes.2.2. Prior to your orderPlease be sure to contact me before placing your order to make sure your order can even be placed. DM me on Twitter for the fastest response (@sorakuwaga) or email me at [email protected] (slow response time as I check my email once a week)please check with me to make sure I am able to take your order As I DO NOT LIKE REFUNDING.The reasons why I might reject your order are but is not limited to:
-Commissions closed.
-Waitlist full.
-Your order may be too complicated for my current ability.
-Your order conflicts with TOS.Please note to pick the boxes on ko-fi carefully; I will often tell you which boxes to tick in DMs or in an email. Be sure to send me a screenshot of the addons before purchase to confirm with me that it is correct.2.3. Cancellation and Refund PolicyI have the right to cancel a commission no matter the reason.You are only eligible for a refund if I have not started on your request. Please make sure that your decision is made before commissioning as I do not like refunding.-If in any circumstance I wish not to work further on an unfinished artwork, I have the right to cancel and a full refund will be provided.-Any unfinished artwork/ WIPs (work-in-progress art) that is created before the end of the commission is not to be shared unless granted permission by the artist.Any processing fees won't be included.
3. Artist-Client Relations
3.1. Commission ProcessA disclaimer that I, as an artist, am very slow so please be aware of the long wait before you get your completed order. Some orders may be completed very quickly and be done in the first week while others may take upwards of 2 months depending on the order and its complexity.I am aware that this may be unusual as I don't have set schedules and deadlines for my commissions, I work on commissions when I feel like it but please note that I only do this to get the best possible outcome.3.2. FormalityWhen discussing the commission, please be semi-formal as we are still talking business, jokes and informal texts are allowed but please stay on topic and do not contact me for anything other than discussing your order.Please know that just because you commission me, does not mean we are friends. I am selling a product so please don't commission me hoping to use it to become closer to me.Please do not over-share your personal details as I have no need or want to know. I will also do the same as we are on a need-to-know basis. If I'm dealing with something personal then the most I will say is "I am busy"/ "Sick"/ "IRL issues" in one way or another.3.3. Work in Progress UpdatesUpdates have no set dates for when they arrive but they will come in every time I work on the order. they may vary from day to day or to weekly as again, I don't have a set schedule.Updates for your order will come randomly so be sure to choose the one that best suits you for the quickest response.
